Shipping & Returns
- All retail orders ship free (continental US only)!
- Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, Monday - Friday (excluding federal holidays).
- Orders placed before 1pm are usually shipped same day.
- International customers - please contact us first so we can process your order promptly, verify shipping cost, and so your order will process as smooth as possible. We also require up to 48 hours to process international transactions.
We accept returns for defective goods within 14 days of purchase, You must request a return authorization via our contact page or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending in your return. Upon receipt and review of your return request, we will provide you further instructions. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that item in stock, we will issue you a refund. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it damaged or tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges.
Areas We Cannot Ship To
Currently, we cannot ship to customers located in Utah. Due to current regulations in each state, we are unable to fulfill retail orders to customers in either state. For Utah customers, we can ship wholesale orders to your local vape shops. So please ask them to order/carry us!
